Ziller Valley, secretly called the "most active valley in the world", is situated right in the heart of Tyrol with the Ziller Valley Alps directly bordering South Tyrol. The relatively flat valley is full of possibilities! 639 kilometres of piste, 167 lifts, and snow security at 3,250 m – welcome to Ziller Valley! The "Zillertaler Superskipass" is valid for all 639 km in the Ziller, Gerlos, and Tux valleys. The valleys are all perfectly connected with the free ski bus, which allows you to fully enjoy the pistes. Zell am Ziller - sports, après ski and relaxation!
Zell am Ziller (580 m) is the second-favourite destination in the Ziller Valley area, right after Mayrhofen, and offers a fantastic, snow-sure ski area. It is a perfect winter sport region with an entertaining selection of après ski, and fantastic restaurants which spoil you with excellent regional cuisine. The leisure park, with an ice rink for skating, hockey, German curling, a 4-lane German bowling centre, and the courts in the tennis hall will keep you sporty into the evening. Those seeking relaxation enjoy the cosy, typical Tyrolean atmosphere they find in Zell.
