Skiing Flirsch - carefree on Arlberg!

The Arlberg, cradle of alpine skiing and a true powder snow paradise, is one of the best-known ski regions in the world. Zigzag down the pistes together with coronated heads, experience the legendary apres ski, or just enjoy the fantastic winter landscape with its romantic villages. St. Anton, host to the Alpine Ski World Cup 2001, impresses with its combination of international flair and Austrian "gemütlichkeit". The snow-sure pistes, névé and deep snow runs, fun parks and demanding steep slopes will set every winter sports fan's pulse racing. Flirsch - carefree on Arlberg!

The tranquil resort of Flirsch is very laid back, compared with its lively neighbour St. Anton. For those who prefer having a more relaxed evening, this is the perfect place! St. Anton, which is 12 km away, is easily reached with the free ski bus. Furthermore, with our extra trips (apres ski, disco) we have optimised accessibility to St. Anton. Alongside the diverse selection of leisure activities, Flirsch has a wide range of evening activities, e.g. an illuminated toboggan run or the „Hilly Billy“ pub. Pettneu is located 6 km from St. Anton and is well connected to its neighbouring resort by regular ski and post buses. The quaint resort with its small ski area and selection of leisure activities is brilliant for families. All of this makes our offer very appealing to price-conscious skiing fans and après ski lovers.

Cross-Country

The cross-country trail network of St. Anton, Pettneu and St. Christoph amounts to 65 km in length. The Verwall trail, which runs from St. Anton around the Verwall lake, has great scenery. The longest trail is the 22 km long Stanzer Valley trail, which starts in St. Anton and runs through the Rosanna Valley via Pettneu reaching Flirsch. As this trail is relatively easy, even those with less experience can have a go on it! The highest situated trails, are those near St. Christoph, which lie at an altitude of 1,800 m. St. Anton offers, moreover, cross-country trails for dogs, so that you can take your four-legged friends with you!
